We are proud to announce details of the latest full-length album titled, Die Stadt Muzikanten from Alberta-based Woodpigeon (a.k.a. Mark Andrew of The Hamiltons). His third full-length album and follow up to his internationally acclaimed Treasury Library Canada is set for release, January 12, 2010. Produced by Arran Fisher, the fifteen tracks on Die Stadt Muzikanten move and contort like a film soundtrack. Lush, grand moments complement Mark’s signature cinematic “pretty-pretty-pop” sound. Stagger’s fourth full length release, Everything Is Real, is out today in Canada. This is also the fourth Leeroy Stagger release that Boompa has been a part of. The new record features performances by Bobby Furgo (Leonard Cohen Band), Tim Easton (New West Records), Evan Phillips (The Whipsaws), Steve Bays (Hot Hot Heat), Neal Casal (Ryan Adams and the Cardinals), as well as Scottish songster Roddy Hart.
