The Ladies and Gentlemen tour Canada with Matt Good
Although the white that dominates the artwork on Small Sins, the debut album by The Ladies and Gentlemen, might appear stark, the music is anything but. The solo-project of Thomas D’Arcy - former member of The Carnations - Small Sins is a one-man show on record, but on the road it’s a full-fledged band having…

Catlow on West Coast tour
Natasha Thirsk’s first adventure after The Dirtmitts was born out of three years of creativity centered around Studio 9 in Los Angeles. Catlow’s Boompa Records debut, Kiss the World, is exactly the kind of gutar-based angular pop that suits Thirsk’s sexy-sinister vocal style best. With instantly accessible melodies and enough eccentric charm to win over fans of Rilo Kiley, Blonde Redhead and The Breeders, Kiss the World has been highly anticipated by tastemakers across North America.
Essentially a solo project on record, Catlow is now…

“Gee it sure is dull here in Ft. St John. What is there to do on a Thursday night? I sure wish that a super bitching folk singer-songwriter would play here. At a pub so I could sit and drink beer and watch said wicked band with relative ease.” If you’re saying this then have I got news for you.
Leeroy Stagger and the Sinking Hearts are playing in Fort St. John at Egan’s Pub three nights solid as the kick-off leg of…
